We’re looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to assist with day-to-day operations, client coordination, and project organization. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing agency.
About the Role
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will help manage internal workflows, client communications, scheduling, and basic operational tasks that keep the agency running smoothly. This is a foundational role that ensures our team can stay focused on delivering high-quality work while maintaining efficiency in our processes.
What You’ll Do
- Client Coordination – Assist with scheduling meetings, sending follow-up emails, and organizing client communications.
- Project Organization – Help manage task assignments, track deadlines, and update project management tools.
- Document & Data Management – Maintain organized records, update spreadsheets, and ensure key information is easily accessible.
- Internal Support – Provide administrative assistance to leadership, including research, reporting, and light data entry.
- Basic Process Management – Help refine internal workflows, streamline recurring tasks, and document standard operating procedures.
- Assist with Outreach & Communications – Support internal and external messaging, including responding to inquiries or sending prepared messages.

What You Need to Succeed
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar)
- Strong written communication skills for professional correspondence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
- Experience with basic research, data entry, or process documentation is a plus
- No formal experience required—willingness to learn and improve is key
