About the Role
We’re looking for a Web Specialist to assist in WordPress (Divi) design, development, and website management. If you have some experience in web design or WordPress and are eager to refine your skills while working on real projects, this is a great opportunity. We’re open to training the right candidate who has a solid understanding of the basics but wants to learn and grow on the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Design & Development – Assist in building and customizing websites using WordPress + Divi, ensuring clean, responsive designs.
- Website Maintenance & Updates – Help with content updates, plugin updates, security checks, and performance improvements.
- Troubleshooting & Debugging – Identify and resolve basic website issues related to layout, speed, or functionality.
- Customization & Styling – Adjust Divi templates, modify layouts, and apply basic CSS tweaks to match brand guidelines.
- Page & Layout Creation – Build landing pages, blog posts, and service pages based on provided wireframes or templates.
- Quality Assurance & Testing – Ensure websites look and function properly on all devices.
- Learning & Growth – Be open to learning new tools, best practices, and techniques to improve your skills over time.
What You Need to Succeed (or Be Willing to Learn!)
- Basic familiarity with WordPress & Divi (or experience with another page builder like Elementor, Beaver Builder, etc.)
- Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, or WordPress best practices (or willingness to learn)
- A strong eye for design, layout, and user experience
- Comfort with following brand guidelines and structured workflows
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently after training
- Some exposure to SEO, Google Analytics, or digital marketing is a bonus but not required
- No formal education required – we value skill, willingness to learn, and attention to detail over degrees
